Alicia's Loaded Tostadas



These simple, yet delicious tostadas pack in tons of flavor that keeps you satisfied. Great for any occasion!

Serves 4-6

The Ingredients:
1 bag tostada shells, I use the chipotle for an extra kick
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 tomato, thinly sliced/slivered
1 avocado, sliced
1 can black refried beans
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp olde el paso taco seasoning
1/2 tsp dash seasoning
1/2 cup crema or sour cream
1/4 cup cilantro
1 lime, wedges
Hot sauce to taste
Salt to taste

How it's Made
1. Heat skillet with butter, add beans. Once heated add garlic, taco seasoning and dash seasoning
2. Shred lettuce, slice avocado and tomato.
3. Build your tostada. Take tostada shell add a tbsp of beans, layer on avocado, tomato, lettuce, cilantro. Squeeze lime over top, add salt, crema or sour cream, and a few dashes of hot sauce. Enjoy.
